Acupressure Releases endorphins to reduce pain. Relieves spasms, removes toxins, increases blood supply, releases natural cortisone to reduce swelling. Enhances mental clarity. Tones organs and assists the immune system in healing. Do the ears..great for shock.

Reiki - Balances out the electromagnetic field, opens channels to the central nervous system, relieves swelling and scar tissue and aids the body in healing.
